As was previously mentioned, you need to request the model releases for any models that appear in the images you plan on using that you are not getting from the person or people actually in the images. When a model sells or gives away his/her content, he/she "releases" it to the party with whom she has the agreement. This release should contain any specific terms of the agreement in addition to contact information for all parties involved. Releases are generally passed along with content when it is legitimately obtained, so anyone offering content without releases should probably be avoided.
