I thought the same. Does one even need a license to drive in Russia. It was pretty crazy.
The Russian that showed me the clip told me that drivers are impatient, and beat downs for causing an accident or cutting someone off, was pretty common. Now with dash cams, it is a little more calm. I was simply amazed by most of the stupid moves the drivers made, and was impressed by the jet doing the low fly over.
