People are taking many loans. The power of the dollar could be more powerful than they thought it was. Man, some people wish they had extra $5 or extra $10. You want to borrow 2k. Promissory notes ? those could be enforceable in court. Someone could even make you talk to a judge if you don?t pay back. You want to enhance services, that is what they all say. Some just wish they could stop wasting many in stupid ways. Stupidity is often the problem there. They could be accused of wasting precious resources.
