@19teenporn. Yes that looks very good and professionally done. Not sure abou tthe whole subscription. I prefer the themeforest way of doing things. themes should be one off and maintenance releases for as long as they can exist should be available. But nevertheless the theme looks awesome. Wonder if it can handle packages and payments.
