I use the plugin on an adult site so yeah, paypal and clickbank are kinda useless for our purposes as both explicitly state they are anti-porn. I use the plugin with zombaio (I had ccbill installed separately) although the plugin works with ccbill as well.
if you have a bit of tech savvy you can set up the plugin with zombaio yourself, or have them set it up for you for a low fee. They also have a support forum where you can seek additional info, have questions answered.
