You will have a very hard time finding any laptop, netbook or tablet with matte screens since most of them are now coming with Windows 8 pre-installed (with the exception of Droid tablets) and 99% of these devices are going to be touch-screen enabled.
Because of this, cleaning is an issue many manufacturers are taking into consideration so they are going to the glossy screen as they are typically easier to clean.
If you are wanting a matte screen to reduce glare, then go with the new Surface Pro, it still has some glare, but not as much as many comparable tablets, netbooks and laptops.
