Hi, Welcome to gfy.

I'm confused...which happens alot. Firstly adult sites are not much different to regular sites, pick something without much competition, something you know about and something you want to write about. Exclusive does not equal niche, but most niches are flooded nowadays anyway.

If you don't have enough stuff to make even your preview site look active most likely no one will pay you money for premium. Don't expect people to build your site content for you on the promise you will do something, what's to say you will be around in a year and my hard work won't just vanish. Also if you have very little traffic their vid prolly won't sell anyways. Tube = free to many surfers, bear that in mind.

If you believe EA micro transactions are the future, I might look into some way of doing that for HD full vids as sub's are going out of fashion, especially with people from poorer regions of the world. It also helps prevent your whole site getting ripped for 30 bucks and put on usenet or torrent.

I am sure others will help out with multitude of options to get traffic. But you want trust from your users which unfortunately you cannot buy, it just takes time.

Give you customers options, 720p and 1080p streaming and downloads (at different prices), use mp4 container, iphone versions.

I like the search engines nude vista and tube kitty, try and get listed on them, don't how tho.

Do a competitors analysis, Brazzers 5k+ vids 1080p quality $30. Bang Bros, Team Skeet, PixnVideos etc etc. Tube sites, video count, quality level, premium features and prices.

Understand and do a VERY comprehensive SWOT analysis.

When you create big sites think about data flow rather than clicking buttons. You need to smooth the flow make sure it can be automated or at least the fewest click possible.

e.g
Video file + meta info ---> CSV ---> Import --> Generate clips ---> Auto tweet + Advertise

If the company only has a few say less than 1000 vids might wanna set them up separately and sell direct with micro transactions, then use them as a member of your other tube site, as they are secretly the owner they will be top poster etc but it gives the impression you have 1 active member at least.

Let me know if you go other things on your mind, it's good to talk.
