My business has changed, and expanded. I have hired people do to the repetitive webmaster sorts of tasks I used to do the bulk of my day. I have invested in a lot of automation, and my daily routine is varied now. I also think I work a lot smarter versus harder. Which taken as a whole has allowed me to go from brute manual labor and task master to a different role, hence cutting the hours and giving me weekends off.

I remember a year or two ago on that green webmaster forum with loads of Indians, probably can't mention the name of it here, the one that got done for Cookie Stuffing. I saw your advert there, looked good, seems like you recruited well
