We did indeed have major database cluster issues. All of them have been resolved, and we worked with TMM and Rocketgate to get all affiliates sales data back. Everything is back in place now, and looks good moving forward.
We seem to be having issue with our customer service e-mail address. I am looking into getting that resolved, but as always, you can contact me directly and I will help with any issue you have. My contact information is below, as well as on every affiliate mailer that goes out.
