Their revenue has nosedived and they're trying to cash out while they still can. Don't be a sucker! Revenue from the last 24 months, 12 months and even 6 months is IRRELEVANT. Ask for the last 30 days of VERIFIABLE revenue times it by 3 and don't pay a penny more. If they can't or are unwilling to verify revenue RUN!
