Good question regarding the boiling process. I honestly don't know. I can tell you however that I feel pretty calm after taking 1000mg taurine, with approximately 100mg caffiene and 15 drops of ginkgo biloba. That would suggest the taurine is working.
Sweating slightly... but aside from that I have no jitters...
