I was not using outlook. Others were. I am still on hotmail and have been so since around 1997. I also have gmail but mostly for the docs

When you sign up for twitter you have to give an emailadress in case you lose your password. They seem to have a setting saying
let others find me by emailadress that you have to untag (upsell!!!) Outlook abuses that setting. I think the setting was not there yet when I signed up for twitter.

Its also a good portrayal of what I felt like after I found out outlook.com uses twitter profile pictures.
