The above is good advice; also, thanks to Mike South's suggestion to me probably 18 years ago, the night before an important shoot, I take 50 MG of Zinc (drugstores and some supermarkets carry it in their vitamin and supplements section); for the next day's, money shot, I shoot thicker, whiter, and more voluminously; CAUTION, though------since some bodies build up a resistance to the "burst" of added Zinc, it's best to wait at least 4-6 days before taking more zinc and expecting the next burst of zinc to be just as helpful.
