Another possibility to help is to become a spammer. I'm serious in a way. You spam false positives of the information you want to hide so that it floods out the real results. t makes it a needle in a haystack so to speak. Just construct a couple different spam messages with hits for your phone number, address, along with some other fake addresses and such and then pay a couple different people on fivrr to spam different versions of the messages.
You'd be surprised how well it usually works. No normal acquaintance is going to search 500 to 2,000 Google results and investigate them all individually. If someone says something just say "Yeah I don't know what that's all about. Someone must have got ahold of my address in some database and used it to spam that crap."

That is certainly helpful in a way. If the new page no longer shows his contact info on the offending site he can at least get Google to update the snippet and the cache within about 24 hours. The search will still have the url pop up until Google next does a full reindex but at least the info won't be visible from Google.
