I got hit with this crap when a host suddenly started submitting my account information to ARIN without warning for the 8 IP addresses they leased me for a server. No notification or nothing. One day I decide to Google and up comes a private phone number. for a gay niche related domain.
A bunch of scraper sites scraped the IP data and started cross referencing them to the domains.
