Paid for site design, only 50% delivered. Promised delivery latest 07 March 13 (already super super late late) and nothing. Disappointing as a previous customer with good xp, but now hes dodging replies via email and skype with every excuse under the sun. I want a refund. Half the job done, half my money back thanks.
