I don't know, here in Argentina you have the same kind of girls and while some profiles might be fake, most of them are real. Obviously they have some flattering pictures and some photoshopping but all in all, they're the persons in the pictures, so these ones might be real as well. Think about this: 2 calls a day, say 15 days, 300 to 500 average per call... that's some pretty hefty money they won't get anywhere else. Add to that "upsells" so to speak... yeah, I can see a lot of hot girls "working" for 10-15k a month
