The best business advice I can give you is that you should probably look for a company or charitable organization who is better equipped and more well funded to take this off your hands and look to be kept on as an advisor, be it paid or not...
I have a feeling you are going to be faced with this option sooner or later, so you might want to think about getting a jump start on it.
There is nothing shameful about acknowledging that you are outside your means. The world is full of great ideas, simply with out enough capital to see them through fruition.
It's clear your resources are exhausted and I wouldn't count on a hail marry coming through from here.
i would shelve the outreach here and start reaching out to more organizations that are better aligned with your purpose...
