Can't say that was the smartest thing to do, but they were going to let it slide until they saw he filmed it. I don't understand that. Is it now illegal to film yourself in the USA?
He didn't touch them or even threaten to touch them. Stupid prank, and the kid is a punk, but I don't see a real issue other than the cops being assholes.
