yes it is. its fraud, idk exactly which type but its a crime.

yes. if affiliate files a lawsuit.

idk

idk, maybe something like screen recording and or someone from inside the company or something like that.

yes, file a lawsuit and get all proofs you have. like screenshots or screen recordings..

imo , the shaving and cookie stuffing falls under same category if i am not mistaken. its fraud ........
