Totally disagree. Thread title is ridiculous. "don't blame tubes" as if bad reps are as bad as tubes.
Reps are Reps, just like employees, there are good and bad and you have to manage them. A rep who sucks gets replaced. Tubes on the other hand give away a ton of free.....well, never mind. Thread title is ridiculous.
