Yes... and we should be able to extrapolate that argument to machine guns, and nuclear weapons, tanks, fighter jets, military cannons, rocket launchers, etc.

But those are illegal for citizen use. Why?

And this argument is a funny one too... "if laws forbid guns, only outlaws will have them". Laws forbid us from owning machine guns, and how often do you hear about machine guns being used in crimes?

Clearly laws restricting their LEGAL use also impacts their ILLEGAL use.

Or how about this argument... "if we outlaw guns, the black market will EXPLODE!" If that were the case, Uzi's and Mac 10's would be much more popular. But again, I've never heard of them being used in the commission of a crime.
