Just found that 25,000 euro is within Cyprus. Outside Cyprus is 5,000 euro. Normal articles not detailed this, said 25k in general. So I will tell my friends to try sending $6000 at once, per day... 5,000.00 EUR = 6,561.44 USD. Needs days to get all, but would do it.
Then perhaps amount is correct and they find other excuse lol

The decree of 2 April 2013 differentiates between the limits for payments within and outside Cyprus. You may pay through transfers, amounts up to ?25.000 per day per account within Cyprus and up to ?5.000 per day per account outside Cyprus provided your payment is supported with the necessary supporting documents and without needing the committee?s approval.
