Deaf. It's easily fixed and you can lead a somewhat normal life even if it isn't.
The city I live in has the largest concentration of deaf people in the US. Not a day goes by that I go out and am able to see a group of people signing to each other. They get things done as quickly as I can. The same is not true for someone without the ability to see.
You are much more limited without sight. I don't think there's much debating that.
