Solo Paysite Contract
I searched before asking. Need some help. I have a few girls I'm working with, considering working with them to create a solo site. I've been looking for a contract that would cover myself by including the following:
1. Rev-share of any profits derived from the site and any funds that would derive from any other site(s) where the the content could be sold. For example: clips4sale and profits made from custom videos that will be sold.
2. Before I invest time and money into the creation of the site, there will be a set amount of content that needs to be created. So that upon opening, I will have enough content to update the site for a few months. We all know how quickly a female can change her mind. I need to have something in there that says, shoud "change her mind" before the set amount of contact is created, all the current content becomes the sole possession of my company.
Does anyone know where I can find a contract like this? Would also appreciate any feedback as well, in case there is something I've left out.
