I'd be curious to know your feelings on Operation Northwoods, where declassified government docs outline a plan to stage a terror attack in the US and blame it on Cuba to sway public support for war.
They decided not to go through with it, but the plan was there. So this stuff isn't as sick and unthinkable as some would like to believe.
