I'd think, it would still be hard to do two bombs with one back pack, however there were reports yesterday of a guy that was seen with 2 backpacks.
Honestly though, I'm surprised the FBI hasn't already requested that people send in copies of their photos if they were at the event. I would think that would be something they would try to do as soon as possible.
