Chicken feet are amazing things, same as bone marrow and other types of offal.
The problem is, in 'mericuh we are taught that offal and other 'off cuts' of meat are no good for anything, anyone ever tried ox tail soup?
Liver and onions is also a great dish for a morning after a night of heavy drinking, steak and kidney pie (is a delicious dish from England) that used cow kidneys and steak in a thick gravy.
Another thing from England that I had before was blood sausage, made from the blood and fat of sheep, it sounds gross but fried up for breakfast with egg, bacon, beans, and tomato and toast it is really nice.
