I have a feeling this will be shot down quickly because of "human rights," then someone will make a big stink and everyone loses.
IMO, who care. If you want to go die on Mars, that's awesome. Your name will be in record books and you'll be a legend, not some smuck who couldn't make it in society. As I see it, this would be an honor for anyone to do.
Although I'd easily jump on the opportunity, I get sick during space travel, so I will have to walk away on this chance.
