What your trying to do is DEBIT or refund the card to put money in that way, the answer is NO. If, however you have a friend with a merchant account they can refund you money back to that card.

An old accountant we had at a small firm I was doing consulting work for was going this to his own cards and went under the radar of the company for months and months. Turned out that he "refunded" himself over $15,000 between debit and credit cards. He's in jail now
I think he means pre-paid debit cards. Like you put the money on the card, kind of like gift cards. But maybe I am wrong.
