how much training do you need to know that there are cameras on the streets of a major sporting event? that as you set down a bomb, there are people taking pictures everywhere? security cameras everywhere.
that you might want to have an escape plan afterward?
regardless of training, there is some serious basic common thinking that didn't appear to happen. these fuckers had some college, the things listed above are not rocket science and don't take training.
