Delusions are delusions. There is no reason to look at a statement like this any differently than him taking about having lizards for relatives. He needs help obviously. Most likely he'll be one of the guys trying to bomb a public place or shooting innocent people. Not because he's naturally violent but because eventually he is going to chase his paranoid delusions to a logical conclusion.
