Yeah, my proof is from what I saw/heard. You posted a thread the other night when the chase was happening. I clicked into a link you had in there and then another link to a live feed from a Boston station. This was probably 12:30-1am Central. Thanks for that btw, the national news, over the air, did not cover any of that here. They just stayed on normal programming because noone knew it was the guys who had done the bombing yet. I ended up watching the local Boston feed through out. They did a good job, seemed to get closer than anyone else. ABC later was using the same feed I was watching.
At that point there was a chase going on. There was no talk about it being the Bombers. There was some speculation that it was whoever had killed the MIT cop but even that was stated in very couched terms. What they knew they had was someone that was openly shooting and throwing explosives.
It was not until they had had the big shoot out, some time after 2 in the morning my time, that they said it was the bombers. By that point one of them was dead so they knew who they were dealing with.
So, to think that they are probably innocent is to totally suspend belief. We would have to believe that they were running, with firearms and explosives in possession merely because their pictures had been shown or something like that.

We had to believe that the person who got killed was not actually killed in the shoot out and the kid was planted in the boat (or was never in the boat).
I do not think our government is above reproach. I do think that just because I am paranoid does not mean that they are not out to get me. BUT, there are some things that are not conspiracies and that are not engineered.
