the more monitors the better. especially when you're editing scripts on one monitor, ftp and folder on another, and a movie/music or something on your third. it's much more enjoyable.
one monitor just doesn't do it anymore you can only do one thing at a time it's annoying. unless you like try to resize several different windows to fit on one large screen. but that would be super painful imo.
