That is factually inaccurate for US citizens. He said to stop using the gov's money, but if they cash out to USD they are still using the gov's money (technically the FED's money) and should be paying taxes on any profits they made on their bitcoins.
Nice ad though. I'm sure a lot of kids will believe everything he says.
