That is 0.004 cents per click or $0.10 per free member which isn't that good at all.
NOW ... if you sent no more traffic for the next year you'd need the spending members to spend enough to make you about $8000 in order to get what you would have been paid if you chose the $1 per free.
I don't know much about cams and don't know if the revshare would catch up or not based on those stats. Maybe someone else can weigh in on it?

I've tried the $1 per free option before and didn't do very well. I believe they only pay the $1 from Tier 1 countries and the traffic I send is from all over the world. Interestingly enough is that about half of the people spending money under me are not from Tier 1 countries though. I like rev-share programs because I find they work out better for me years down the road when PPS or PPL programs are more for people interested in making some fast cash right now. I am trying to think towards the future and planning for an early retirement ;)

I setup a whitelabel, didn't even work on it, and it's listed in top of google. Just spending 10 minutes to register the domain and set the white-label and it makes 50 bucks per day with revshare. I set this up like 2 months ago, and forget about it completely, dont even log-in into the stats at all, only noticed about it, when I started getting payments in Paxum.
However, chaturbate stats details are not so good. They should work better on it, give us more details about the users, etc...
Now im probably going to set up my second whitelabel with them and then a third and so on. Rinse and repeat.
Im sure they are here to stay, they seem like a good company, just need to tune up the program a bit.
My two cents.

Interesting! I may give that a try as well just for shits and giggles. Thanks for the info.
