A new security system that will make it very difficult for a troll to get away is coming soon. I had a call on this on Tuesday and one of the gfy sponsors is providing us their technology to integrate.
Ill get back to you tomorrow, I was in SF for gigse and on my phone only, hard to respond to such big email while on the road. Dont give them hope, their days are limited.
