15-20 per account is a good amount. I go with this roughly as well. Smart move.
And yes, it's a shame that twans is done but fuck it, building something you own is better always. I can't say that I have gone down in revenue since it happened and I alone had 300+ on his servers.
That being said...selfhosted is the only way to go from now on for me.
