I see a ton of fat guys lifting weights and yeah their muscles get bigger, but it's covered up by fat, so all that ends up happening is they look bulkier and fatter. Sure lifting weights burns calories and builds strength, but IMO it's not as affective for losing weight as proper diet and lots of cardio. If you're happy with your results, then congrats man
