I completely agree - if a payment processor or any other company's policies are too much for you then of course shop around and find another company. I totally agree with you.
The point I was trying to make was that Paxxum's policies are their policies, and you must accept those policies to work with them. They need "Legal" proof that you are who you say you are, and that means current / non expired passports, drivers license, etc. It might be a hassle for you but it ensures uninterrupted services to you and protection for you when someone else tries to steal your money. A "nightmare" would be paxxum paying out your funds to someone else.
