no no, if an unknown dude comes and tells you he has the biggest marketing database in the world and he sells it for cheaps instead of making tens or hundreds of thousands for himself, it's obviously true.
The fact that the guy uses a name which screams "I create fake profiles for a living" makes it even more professional. You're over-thinking it
