True.

But just as I am making assumptions, so are you. And you know the old saying "never assume because you may end up making an ass of u and me."

In fact, I could argue that the settlement isn't a good thing at all.

If I'm not mistaken and if anyone can confirm I would be grateful, the case didn't go to court, the circumstances which surrounded the creation of the TLD didn't go in front of a judge, the anti-trust claims never investigated and it's unlikely they'll ever be now that there's a settlement.

And now Manwin has lifted their boycott of .xxx as per the terms of the settlement.

So we're back to square one, only now without one of the biggest players playing hard-ball with ICM.
