No, came through a broker friend of mine. I talked to one of the main guys running the company now. They went through the shit like every tech company. But still standing and got some nice acquisitions lined up. Supposed to be some announcements this week to start sparking things on it.
All the tech stocks are still high risk, but high reward is there too. The new management team is really what they have going for them as the core value. Read the resumes in there.
Its only for guys that are looking for high risk deals where you get deeply discounted stock, high interest on your money, plus warrants too. Don't touch it if you're not already set financially though.
