One tablespoon of active yeast powder - you'll blow up like a balloon for oh, about three days, the farts will be back-to-back, and the smell is fucking terrifying ... but be careful with this one, I was in SO much discomfort I nearly called an ambulance end of the second day ... (true story, took it as part of a health drink)
