5 years old Voyeur niche mini site, I made this for NP forum project organized by Titanbucks owner LB. It was long time ago and I did not do much to it since. Voyeur is not my niche so I am selling it cheap. Only domain could be easily worth that much, treat that website + small traffic as a bonus. You could either continue developing that website (I did not spend any time on it so it has some dead links and some dead sponsors - add your sponsors for better results) or you could build brand new site on that domain.
It does get only 5 visits a day or so. Most from search engines. Most from US. Traffic:
