The level of evidence required in order to prove damage to the VICP is substantially low. This system exists because there are potentially life threatening lawsuits brought against producers of useful vaccines that would otherwise not exist because the money that it costs to defend yourself. In essence, vaccines are state funded resources in America, owing to the fact that the government essentially subsidizes legal cases.

The author of this article is a "Dr." Lind, I'd like to make it absolutely clear that Mr. Lind is a chiropractor and thus, doesn't have an MD license. He actively promotes alternative medicine and has yet to publish any paper to support claims he makes in peer reviewed scientific journals.
If you dislike vaccines, don't get them. Sharing stuff like this is dangerous to the population - you should keep your unjustified, unscientific beliefs to yourself. Do not endanger others without evidence to support your claims. People die as a result of their parents being told things like this but ill-informed, unscientific individuals that don't have the cognitive capacity to look at evidence, let alone contribute to the science.
Everyone else: get vaccinated, and ensure your children are vaccinated too. Not doing so is dangerous.

Most people don't get compensation for vaccine damage as they don't realize that the vaccine caused their problem, for example it takes months for Diabetes Type 1 to show up after a vaccine. It could be years until you go down with Non-Hodkins Lymphoma. Most Asthmatics don't know that their Asthma came from a vaccine. The majority of this is not tracked, it's estimated that between 1-10% of vaccine damage is reported in VAERS. If you don't track something you won't find it. It's not profitable to track vaccine damage, but these diseases which vaccines cause are highly profitable, as are vaccines, so hence they keep this vaccine myth going.
