This guy is clearly a moron, and has a few screws loose.
I wouldn't be surprised if he gets the max amount given his behavior.
Man, think about all the trouble this dude got in, that he simply could have avoided if he wasn't an idiot.
1. He served a couple of years in jail because he wanted to be a loud-mouth idiot, and couldn't swallow his pride and stop shooting in a town where they didn't want him. There were still plenty of other towns he could shoot in.
2. He lost a $20M defamation suit against Steve Wynn cause he ran his mouth like an idiot after he squelched on a gambling debt. The original gambling debt was for maybe $1-2M, definitely less than $5m.
3. Now he's going to serve more time for assaulting a girl out of a Hollywood night club.
This is just the beginning of the list.
