yeah, about ten years ago some peaceful neighborhoods - ones where you didn't have to worry about locking your doors - were infested with scum of the earth that makes you want to roll up your windows, lock the doors, and bolt thru the streets at 60 until you get into a safe area again. Slavic Village is an example.
My then-girlfriend (now wife) lived about 5 blocks from where these girls were found... that's fuckin nuts...
