I have several people I would like to put on an email list. Not 1000's. Just about 100 right now, and hoping it will grow...

I would be using it to keep in contact with fans of the site, people that want custom videos, ect.

I wanted to use constant contact. I have a friend that uses it and he runs a fetish website, but he uses it to promote private parties. I was going to start using it but heard they could shut me down for the content I am sending. I am not trying to get anyone to sign up for a porn site or anything. Maybe I would here and there. But my main objective is to keep in touch with people, send pictures of girls and updates of girls. Some pics might show nudity, but most won't.

So what do I use for this? I heard PHPlist, but I am very good with stuff like that. I just need something simple. Do I just take the chance of using Constant Contact like my friend and hope they don't shut me down?

I posted on craigslist, and have guys offering to build me custom email list applications. Would that work?

I signed up for constant contact, and it looked pretty simple. Wish I could just use that. Every other option people mention on here seems like it won't be that simple for me.

Just looking for the simplest thing I can use. Even if I have to pay someone to build it for me.
