Please send a copy of your wire confirmation receipt and the notice of rejection from your bank to me at
[email protected] so that our accounting team can look into this. Since the wire never reached us, we have no information to investigate anything further.
To any other customers reading this thread, please continue to send wires to us as you normally would by using the wire information found in Add Funds By Wire within your Paxum Account. The banks we do business with (and their intermediary banks) are fully licensed and legal.
I look forward to hearing from you boneprone, so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
